An initial appointment at Craft Dental usually includes an exam, a full set of xrays and an initial cleaning. Or if you are having a current dental problem, we can schedule an appointment to focus on that particular issue.
We want you to be as prepared as possible for your appointment. The new patient forms will be sent to your phone via text so you can fill out the information at your leisure.
